Dear Barb,

So glad to be back and to have found you again....last week I've stumbled across the pictures from way back in Atlantic City -> sweet memories hihi. Can't believe Chicago is coming to Europe and I won't be able to attend...whaaaahaaaa, need a gall bladder surgery in 2 weeks time and after that it is back to work and off for a summer holiday. But you know reading everyone's story makes me feel like I was there too....feel the excitement and fun.

Life has had it ups and downs for me...right now it is a bit on the down site, my dad has been diagnosed with liver cancer this past january and it is terminal. He has had radiation first and now he's taking chemo pills....his tumormarker has dropped from 1150 to 560 so that's positive, unfortunately they are unable to take an echo of his liver .... he's too big haha...really! He needs to lose some weight first before they can give that another try. His doctor told him to eat whatever he prefered and he took on the advice .. only a bit too much :-).

A big up thing in life is that I met my husband in 2005, got engaged in 2006 and finally got married in 2007.....it was a magical day, lots of fun and laughter. To top it off we went on our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic (amazing..!) and later that year we moved to our new house and got a cat right away too...now we've got for cats. I'm a big sucker for cats....but 4's enough, all female cats....love them to bits.

Gosh it is really good to be in touch again, hope all my friends from way back when are all happy and safe and sound...please tell them Hi from me. Would love to get in touch with them too....I may have been out of touch but you have been in all in my heart and mind all that time.
