Last night I have the pleasure of attending the concert in Lancaster, Pa. and I was not disappointed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the many years of music. I know you and your families have made many sacrifices. Last night it seemed that you guys didn't even want to leave the stage. Thanks a million.

To quote Lee Loughnane.. "the run up to idol was like being on the 50 yard line at the super bowl and getting sent in for a red zone play late in the 4th quarter."
The band had a blast and is using the event to kick off our use of the FLIP video camera. Moving forward you will see more of Chicago's backstage activity!
Lee used the FLIP and somehow… Continue

The band was great on May 18th in Durham, North Carolina. Coack K of Duke University was in the crowd with his family. Before the show, I went up to him and introduced myself. I told him he was one of my favorite coaches and he replied, "Chicago is one of my favorite bands." He signed my Chicago ticket.
The band sounded great. I enjoyed hearing We Can Stop the Hurtin, Feel, Mongonucleosis, and Along Comes a Woman (Jason sounds really good on this tune). I also enjoyed the TWO… Continue

Well it finally happened....the greatest band in the world performed in my hometown of Sault Ste Marie, MI last night 5/23. My wife and i got an early anniversary gift by going backstage for a meet and greet with the band. I have seen probably over 200 concerts in my lifetime and not once had I ever been backstage, so what better time than to go and meet my all time favorite band. They were all so gracious and very professional but what else would you expect right! Anyway, THANK YOU CHICAGO for… Continue

Congrats on the new Music Community!
Anyone planning on attending the show in July at Stillwater?? The Vegas show was my first convention and great fun in April but I miss the band and I'm ready for my next adventure during Lumberjack Days! Never been to that venue before but judging from pictures of past concerts I found on their site, the fans won't have a chance to approach the stage since it's surrounded by water. It might be a little hard giving those "high fives" to Walt and… Continue

I would like to know several things:
When will the next album.
Knowing the lives of members.
If anyone has the song sung by happy man Lee Loughnane
If a good touch accompanied by symphony orchestra

My husband and I attended your show at Casino Windsor last night and thought it was amazing. You guys give it all you got( and you still have got it). I kept waiting for an intermission but none came and you continued for 1.5hours of nonstop show and music. We will definately come out to see you again when you come back. Thank you and hope you have a successful tour.

Welcome... Bob, Ronni and Hal to this community. The Official Fan Club board was a fun and positive place to be and I'll miss it. However, this is a wonderful site with new people joining every day. We've been assured that this community will be filled with great information, interesting blogs and respectful friends, so I hope that all of those on the CTA Fan Club site will come over here quickly and add to the fun. I'll make sure that I check in often at the old site to catch up on the latest… Continue

Just downloaded the wonderful 3 pack, and just wanted to thank our boys for the idea and actually going ahead and doing it. More, more please! All 3 are an absolute pleasure to hear again, but particularly, specially, and most importantly for me is the brilliant surprise of Lee's wonderful vocals on Make Me Smile!
All the guts and feeling that Terry had put into the opeening vocals. are finally back again! I almost had tears in my eyes. You know how amazing Terry's voice sounds,… Continue

When I was a freshman in college (waaaay back in 1973) I used to exchange voice tapes with a girl that I had met on a cruise ship a couple of years before. Often I would add favorite musical selections to add some variety and I recall that for one particular tape the song I chose was, "Just You and Me" from the Chicago VI album. It was the perfect expression of my feelings at that time for this girl who lived thousands of miles away in Spain.

The show scheduled for 8:00 PM was Rain Delayed due to some seriously heavy rain and winds. The promoters and Chicago vowed to "try again about 9:00 " Those of us who stayed were rewarded with the same old thing, AN ABSOLUTELY AWSOME SHOW. One lucky young lady won the privilege of joining the band when she had the winning bid, and the crowd loved it. Later the 2 drummers BURNED THE HOUSE DOWN on "i'm a Man" I have seen Chicago 26 times and this was the best drum solo yet... Rock On and Thanks… Continue

So, in all the posts on here about the history of the band and favorite members, etc, I rarely see Laudir mentioned. Now, I know he's not a HUGE part of the band's history, but with the band adding permanent percussion onstage again, I was just sort of wondering if the band ever kept in touch with him and what the circumstances of him leaving were. Wikipedia says he teaches music in Brazil these days. I know that 80s music moved away from percussion, etc, but I was just wondering a bit about… Continue

WOW!....I finally had a chance to see Chicago live on Tuesday evening. It was absolutely amazing. The entire band was super tite and seem to feed off the energy on a sold out house. My 14 year old son said it was the best concert he had ever seen! Being 6 ft from the stage didn't hurt either.:) GREATR JOB GUYS
