I wish the band would drag some tunes out of the closet from this extremely underrated gem. "Free" is an obvious choice especially for the 4th of July. But how about "Flight 602"? Let Tris do his thing on drums and watch the old timers scream with joy! Also, has anyone noticed that this is the coolest website in the history of rock bands. I'm just sayin'.

Just a quick note to tell you about last night's concert.
The weather was great,it had been hot and humid all day long but a front blew in and cooled the temperature down and cut the humidity.
The start of the concert was fantastic with the Doobie Brothers opening the show. From the time they hit the stage the audience was on their feet having a great time. They introduced us to some new music due out on an album later this year then continued with all the best of their past hits.… Continue

I have been a fan since about 1972, when I was in band and our band instructor played this really cool album for us and I thought, "what the heck is this?" because it was so new and different. . .so melodic. . .so harmonic. . .and it was really, really good music played by great musicians.
Now that you have your new website up and running it is really cool to see you guys share more of yourselves with fans. It's great to see you guys clowning around, having fun and connecting with… Continue

They have Elvis, Buffet, Sinatra, Springsteen, Grateful Dead....why not Chicago? All Chicago music, all the time couldn't get much better than that. I bring this up because I just got an XM receiver for my car for Father's Day. :)

My husband and I had a great time at the Ironstone Vineyard concert. This was the first time for both of us at a Chicago concert. It was great and took us back into the 70's. Having the Doobie Brothers there was a treat. The weather was perfect, the sound was amazing and the people watching was awesome. I look forward to breaking out some of my old vinyl. Sherry

Good Afternoon everyone....Just listened to our local oldies station on the way home from work. They have great timing as they started playing Chicago songs so I could wind down and relax with my favorite music after a hectic day at my hospital job. I'm really looking forward to my next concert in July and seeing only CHICAGO as the feature band. Something I've always wondered when I've heard Keith singing "Old Days" is...Does he actually know who "Howdy Doody" was and did he ever see that show… Continue

Everytime I hit the road on business or pleasure out of the my city limits .I get to thinking about what cds I'll take along with me to ease the stress of a long drive and the constant battle with stop and go traffic. I go to the cd shelves grab America's Greatest Hits and Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago 2 through HOT STEETS . (I'd take them all but , there are limits depending on how far a trip I'm taking) Within minutes I skip America and put in HOT STREETS.Robert's lyrics and Walt's flute… Continue

Thanks, guys, for a great new website! It's so cool to see the clips Lee has been uploading of the guys just being themselves before and after shows. I really enjoyed getting to meet you all on May 19, after the show in Charleston, WV. You guys were so nice, taking the time to take pictures with fans. What a great bunch of guys! Thanks, again, for the great website and thank you for taking time to talk to this long, long, long-time fan.
