Fantastic show at the Fraze Pavilion in Dayton this weekend. I"m a native of Chicag0 (the city) and this made me feel like I was home again. To say the band is timeless is and understatement!

This song is the 3rd collaboration with Z. I originally had the music, track, loops, but no melody or lyric.
Gave it to Lenny Kravitz, but he kind of decided to be party celeb instead of musician.
Gave it to Champlin, but he typically sneered at writing with me.
Sent it to Z who had the melody, the harmonies and the lyric story done, OVERNIGHT! via Internet.

Awesome would not come close to describing the show Saturday night. My wife won tickets and i was ya, o.k. that might be good. I was always a Zeppelin and hard rock lover with a definite appreciation for all music including many great Chicago songs. I was blown away to say the least and realized that Chicago is one of the greatest bands i will ever see. An unforgettable performance to see masters of their craft perform and a definite emotional experience for me. Thank You Chicago and come…Continue

The 8/16/11 Chicago Show at Wolftrap (DC metro area) was amazing. The band members played with amazing energy and passion and graced us with several Encore performances. Hard to imagine that some of these guys have played together nearly 40 years. The songs are iconic and loved by all Chicago fans. Keep it up!
A definite experience, Chicago in the Rain!. Being an outdoor ampitheater, we were rained upon for the first half of the show. Most people were wearing ponchos and braved the eliments to see their favorite band and it was worth it. Robert even acknowledged our loyality to their music.
The show lasted 2 hours and the set was a little different then the April Convention show. We got a surprise with the singing of one of the new songs on the Christmas album and that was great. I…Continue

WOW. I can't wait to do it again. I was gonna go to the Chicago show anyways in Mississippi tomorrow night. Didn't see or hear of anyone that was going to do the "Sing with Chicago" for the American Cancer Society. So I asked, they said it didn't sell, Huh I didn't see it. So they put it back up for bids and I was the winning bidder.
My wife can't go this time, I 've invited the Trumpet player in our band to join me.
Sure wish they'd let him ket up and play too. Hope to see a…Continue
